For enterprises
Real-world task data, collected without a hiring pipeline.
Training a robotics model on a specific skilled task usually means recruiting people who already know how to do it, scheduling shoots, and managing a crew. Sourceify replaces that with a bounty: describe the task, set a price per submission, and let a marketplace of experts who already do that work bring the footage to you.
Why Sourceify exists
Sourceify started from a simple observation: language models ran out of internet to learn from, but nobody had built a real pipeline for the next dataset — verified footage of skilled people doing real physical work. Warehouses full of unlabeled video don't help; you need the task done correctly, on request, by someone who actually knows how.
We're not a staffing agency and we don't run a studio. We're a marketplace — you set the task and the price, a global pool of experts picks it up on their own time with their own equipment, and you get structured, validated data back without ever running a hiring process.
Every submission is automatically checked for task match and frame quality before it reaches you, and every expert is paid the moment their work is approved — no invoicing, no contracts to negotiate per recording.
How it works
Post a bounty with task instructions
Describe exactly what you need recorded and set the per-submission price.
Fund the submission pool
Deposit the campaign budget up front — experts get paid the moment their work is approved.
Track collection progress in real time
Watch submissions arrive against your target count as they happen.
Download or pipe approved data
Pull structured video and sensor telemetry for every approved recording.
What you actually receive
Every approved submission, structured the same way.
No raw, unlabeled video dumps — each submission ships as a package with the footage, sensor telemetry, and validation results already attached.
Every recording is captured head-mounted, hands-free — the phone rides on a cheap head strap so both of the expert's hands stay free to actually do the task, and the footage matches the first-person viewpoint your model will eventually see from the robot itself.
